About Siam Thai and Teppan-Yaki Restaurant
‘Siam’ opened in April 2006 on the site of the former ‘City Road Emporium’ antique centre on City Road. This vast building overlooking the Shropshire Union Canal, has been tastefully transformed and offers fine dining split between three floors.
On the ground floor is Chester’s first Japanese Teppan-yaki restaurant while upstairs is our authentic Thai restaurant and bar.The Teppan-yaki restaurant serves traditional starters such as sushi and sashimi.
The Teppan-yaki main course is an experience in itself, prepared by our experienced chefs on the teppan grill at your table. Your chef’s skills combined with dramatic flames provide an entertaining display, but most importantly a fine dining experience.
The teppan-yaki tables, which accommodate up to 23 people create a lively atmosphere and make this the perfect venue for a special occasion. Siam’s Teppan-yaki experience is one of Chester’s unique dining delights. The Thai restaurant on the first floor offers a traditional Thai dining experience and is ideally suited for Christmas Office parties and Birthday celebrations along with a great night out during the week.
We are Currently taking bookings for Christmas parties. Please come and sample our traditional Thai Cuisine or take a look at our full menus on our website link above.
